Project description
I was assigned the role of Project Manager to plan the Arla x Knowit Anniversary party. The project included managing different people and departments, including client managers, designers, marketing, video makers, catering service and office managers. To help me succeed in this task I had a project overview and an Excel file where I managed the people involved and where I had a timeline with to-dos lists and steps. Everything was estimated, organized and completed on time.
